Unable to unlock AT&T Prepaid phone

    I bought an AT&T Prepaid phone in October 2017, I used it until July 2018 (10 months). During this time I had AutoPay activated so I never missed a payment. Now, I am back in Europe and I want to use my phone with another carrier. Therefore, I sent an unlock request, but AT&T answered me that they can't complete my unlock request right now because it looks like the information they need isn't in their database yet. I waited several days (~10) and sent a new request, but I got the same answer. I repeated the operation one more time several days after and I still got the same answer. Any advice?
