[Finally] Microsoft Solved The iCloud issue of Windows 10 Octob

  • This month, it was discovered that there was a compatibility issue with Apple’s iCloud for new Windows 10 program (Version & the latest Windows 10 update. Essentially, iCloud users lost some important functionality. And were unable to sync Shared Albums after updating to the Windows 10 October Update.

    In reply, and to prevent more consumers being affected. Microsoft stalled the rollout of the Windows 10 update to devices with iCloud was already installed.

    Finally, Today 11/28/2018, Apple released an update to iCloud for Windows. Which brings it up to Version 7.8.1 and apparently solves the previously mentioned bugs. Microsoft has updated the status of this problem on their website and encourages all iCloud users to update to the latest version of iCloud for Windows before attempting to update Windows 10 again.
